SHIPPING:

We really appreciate you shopping with us!  Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us letting you know that we are putting together your order.   Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of confirmation email.    All items are shipped UPS ground.  Please contact us if you would like your purchase sooner.  Unfortunately we only ship within the US at this time.

RETURNS /EXCHANGES:

If you are not completely satisfied by your Poppy online purchase, you may send it back to us for a refund or exchange.    Returned items must be received in the same condition they were sent to you - unworn with the original tags intact.   We have the right to deny credits if the item(s) returned are worn, washed , tags are missing or damaged in any way.

All returns must be within 21 days from our original ship date.   Returns/exchanges will be processed within 48 hours upon receipt (we will send you a confirmation email).  Return shipping is the responsibility of customer.
